It was an amazing hotel with thermal spa. Beautiful location near every activity in this small town.

This is a wonderful hotel and spa combination. The Mokni family has thought of everything in making a spa getaway the most enjoyable it can be. The breakfast buffet was tremendous. The staff professional and courteous. I strongly recommend this hotel and thermal baths to anyone who wants ti simply relax and enjoy life.

Lovely Stay
Posted 9 Sep 2021 on HotelsGreat place to stay if you’re using the Palais Thermals. City center, near everything, good internet. Breakfast was nice, but overly restrictive and a bit authoritarian with the Covid protocols. To access the breakfast area you were told to wear plastic gloves, move in a circle through the main lobby, to a room with the food, and back to the seating area. Any deviation was met with a stern warning, barked across the floor. If you’re a Covid “bed wetter”, you’ll love the restaurant manager!

We apologize for the strict regulations at our breakfast buffet, but we are - as you can probably imagine - not responsible for them. Failure to comply, however, incurs fines bye the local health department of up to € 25000. We too hope that one day everything will be back to normal.

The staff was friendly and professional. I especially liked the fresh juice at breakfast. They have a juice machine and you create your own juice. Excellent. We were well taken care of.

Posted 19 Feb 2019 on HotelsJust returned from a wonderful stay at Mokni’s Palais Hotel & Spa. The hotel is lovely, the food superb and Bad Wildbad is charming, but the highlight is the spa experience. The spa is absolutely beautiful. It is very well equipped with a wide variety of services. It is very clean and well maintained. A perfect escape from the real world. We will be back!
