Great Hotel

This is a great hotel. I have been coming to this hotel for many years. It is in the process of a renovation. Fantastic location and everything is accessible by foot. 15 minutes to the Bahnhof. Breakfast is one of the best I have had. I will always stay here when I visit Bad Reichenhall. The staff is courteous and friendly.

Great Hotel

Really great hotel. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel is set in a large park area. Accessible to walk just about every where. The hotel staff are very accommodating. It is having a renovation.

We was not allowed to stat because our 13 year Old son didnt have corona test and the did not tell us and tell us where to go to get test so we left to another hotel. Simple bad service and we have payed for the room

Great breakfast. Poor experience at check in. Poor wi fi.system. inconvenient parking plus expensive.

A beautiful building and grounds; unfortunately somewhat dated and hard to find to get there by car. But once found, the locations is right where you want to be.

Dated. Unclean. No atmosphere. Cockroaches in bathroom. Simply the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The only good to be had is that we were there for just one night. They even upgraded us to the Presidential suite....very large, but I still slept on top of the bed. Three roaches in the bath tub in the morning. No hot water. Stained carpets. Everything about it was bad. Looked like it was being run by European immigrants and not part of the Wyndham chain at all. Will be seeking refund when we return from our travels. Do not go.

Dear Guest, many thanks for your stay and open feedback. I´m very surprised, you didn´t mention anything about cockroaches during the checkout and we have not found anything in the room or even in the hotel. Also I don´t really understand, what do you mean with "Looked like it was being run by European immigrants and not part of the Wyndham chain at all". The hotel business is an international business and therefore we are very proud, that we give other nationalties the opportunity to work with us and so we can even benefit from their experiences and behaviour.
