A good place to stay

Great for on the road.
Posted 9 Aug 2021 on HotelsAll in all a decent hotel in convenient place for a night over while on the road. The parking was not easy to find due to roadworks. It seemed we were misinformed about available breakfast times, which resulted in us having to get up earlier than intended, not a real issue biut never the less a pity.

The regular service craft were very friendly. The people from reception should learn proper customer service skills from the rest of the workers in the hotel. Me and my team have been at many hotels. Some good some bad for a chain this was the worst Mercure and one of the worse hotel experiences ever.

Dear guest, due to the Corona Pandemic there are very strict legal regulations in Germany, and our employees are required to enforce these rules vigorously. At this point there is no room for service skills of any kind. Please simply stick to the rules during your next visit!

poor hotel
Posted 17 Sep 2020 on HotelsBy far the worst ‘mecure’ hotel I’ve ever stayed in, in fact I’m shocked it’s allowed to be called that, from unfriendly staff, to really a poor smelling room, to uncomfortable mattresses, not worth staying in.

Despite several requests, you are not able to wear the mask prescribed in Germany and are now surprised that our staff reacts unheedly?! Afterwards, you can't think of anything better than to rate our hotel badly? It's a pity that you didn't like it with us.

Great location and easy parking in car park next to hotel. I found the staff helpful in find best restaurants nearby and overalll was a great stay
