Nice hotel, relatively isolated
Posted 15 Nov 2023 on HotelsThis hotel is nice but quite isolated however if you came to relax here its not a problem as you have 2 pools to choose from and 3 Saunas. Breakfast was good and with many choices but if they had a toaster for the bread and olive oil that would have made the Breakfast from good to excellent.

Hidden gem

We organised it as a complete surprise and the hotel went above and beyond the service level to make it memorable for my son and daughter-in-law law (and wife)
Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and they did the best they could do for us
The whole team were excellent
If we were to visit the area again it would be our first choice
The value of the room rate was very reasonable
Could not fault anything

Disappointing
Posted 31 Aug 2020 on HotelsI stayed with my friend for 1 night at the hotel. The check in was not ideal as we heard we would be charged 8€ per person for the spa bag (2 towels/bathrobe) which Is surprising for a spa hotel. When discussing checkout, our booking on hotels.com said it was a noon checkout which the reception counter-arguments saying checkout was always 11am. We were disappointed but they agreed to extend the checkout. The restaurant was also fully booked out and we were not informed prior to our arrival we should make a booking. We also had to book a slot for breakfast and there were only 2 options left (8:00/10:30). The room wasn’t perfectly cleaned, our coffee machine was dusty and straight by the bed. We also had to request for the water fountains to be refilled while enjoying the spa.
