Great Location, Great Architecture, But There Are Way Too Many Dogs and Kids At The Hotel

It's been up and down yet this trip great.
Posted 14 Jul 2019 on HotelsBeen here now almost yearly for at least five years if not longer and have experienced the change of management over those years and the ups and downs of service. This go-around we were quite happy with the service and the location remains a treat it this is what you are looking for. We come for the great breakfasts and the pool as well as beachfront property. Our son loves the pool area and I like the gym, which over the years remains positively up-to-date. We actually never go to dinner at any of the hotel's restaurants as they are outrageously overpriced and mediocre. We just jump in the car or walk to other restaurants. They quality isn't top-notch but it's food and the price is better for what you get. We've also had issues with staff in the past but again, this time around, everyone was a nice as could be and from check-in to check-out we were impressed with the quality. We know how bad it could be as we've seen in years past so worked out well this time. I just hope they hold the level of service they have now and continue to keep the property up to date. One gripe which many others have had is the lack of electrical outlets in the rooms but this is probably more an issue with the building than the hotel not updating. You can find outlets but more would be nice and some direct USB plugs even better.

best sauna and haman I have ever used. loved the Molli train where the hotel had it's own stop. hotel area was gorgeous.

Posted 29 Jan 2018 on HotelsRelax weekends are needed to reduce the stress of the daily business and this hotel and all it's facilities is a perfect environment to reset yourself and enjoy the atmosphere. Very nice staff and superb level of service.
