In each room there are lights on top of the headboards. They didn’t turn off!! I called the front desk and that nice young man couldn’t get them off either. The person he called was the opposite of helpful saying “no, you can’t turn them off. If she doesn’t like it, you can give her a different room.” Why on earth do you think it’s okay to rent a $200 room to someone knowing the lights don’t turn off?!? No warning or disclaimer. Nothing until midnight when I and the staff can’t figure it out.

I would like to apologize again for your experience. I believe you may have misunderstood during our conversation as you departed the next morning. The quotes you shared, are not exactly true. We DO NOT believe it is "ok to rent a room...knowing the lights don't turn off". I did share that this event has happened once before in a DIFFERENT room. In that case, there was no way to turn them off when the switch no longer operates properly. The only fix, in that case, was to remove the entire headboard unit to disconnect the wires. That is why, I advised in the night to offer an upgraded room move at no cost. That being the only possible "fix" at that very moment. There was no way to offer a disclaimer or warning when we were unaware the issue would repeat itself. We also spoke of an upcoming stay where we can make up for the inconvenience. We completely understand that things like this can be very upsetting and hard to handle in the middle of the night with limited resources available.

The staff was very nice and welcoming the room was clean bed was comfortable we had a great stay

Our room was on the second floor and the elevator was very unsteady we got a room with a jetted tub it didn't drain on its own had to remove plug pulse black mold on the wall the pool was over crowded and hot tub was not very warm and all's we got was I will let maintenance know no way to try and make it right we all woke up sniffing and sneezing will not be going back
