Very disappointed in this hotel , the room is very small , the bed very thin mattress and small pillows but most of all free wifi is advertised and there is nothing , wifi is critical for me I never would stay there if I known that

Sorry for the inconvenience sir. You have chosen a standard room that has those attributes for that certain type of room. We also have a Deluxe room that has a much thicker blanket comforter. We have free wifi as advertised sir. We are currently investigating why you haven't been able to avail the free wifi. We thank you for the comment to help us make our services better. Electricity kept on going out
Posted 1 Nov 2019 on HotelsIt was generally ok. The electricity kept on going out between 12mn to 4am. I had to reset the circuit breaker multiple times.

The place is ok to stay but, it's uncomfortable when using the CR cause there's no bidet spray or dipper.

Posted 18 Oct 2017 on HotelsWiFi was non-existent, despite being advertised. Toiletries consisted of ONE micro bar of soap. Nice lobby, but you don't stay at a hotel because of the nice lobby. Nice atrium with bamboo and benches for seating outside of each room. Weird set-up for t.v. You have to stand at the door to change channels. Staff was friendly but they charged for everything. Extra pillows, extra cost. Nice location and it was quiet, for the most part. Seems to be used for student dorm, so lots of young people running around until about 2200 hours. Nena's BBQ is near by (1 block) and they have decent food. Overall not a bad place but we probably won't return. My wife was in the hotel industry and this place did not meet her standards. No microwave, no refrigerator, despite it being a "long-stay" residence hotel. Good value, but nothing special. Like I said, my wife was in the hospitality and hotel industry and she is very unforgiving. Probably okay for one to two nights. NO HOT WATER!! Wife froze in shower. I am from Alaska, so no big deal for me. She is Filipina and expected HOT water. Ancient Panasonic water heater in shower.

ガードマンが常に入口におり、セキリュティはしっかりしています。大通りから離れた部屋であれば、外の騒音もそれほど気にならないでしょう。
部屋は清潔ですが、寝具はシーツと枕しかないので、ブランケット程度は持参が必要です。コップとバスタオルは常備されています。
エアコンの駆動音がやや気になりますが、この国ではこのくらいが普通なようです。
1階に売店がありますが種類はあまり多くなく、近隣の店も朝はほとんどが閉まっていましたので、朝食の確保にはやや難儀しそうです。

特に悪い点は見当たりません。
部屋は綺麗でした。
立地も悪くはないと思います。
