Perfect location connected to mall, subway station and bus stop for Logan Express to/from airport.

Excellent service. Staff is quite professional. Rooms are great. Scale of hotel is much larger than the Hilton across the street (where I have stayed comfortably many times). Bigger rooms. Bigger public spaces. It’s connected to Prudential Center as well so there is lots of shopping and many restaurants. Flour, across the street, is great for breakfast and lunch. Bukowski Tavern, across Dalton, is a friendly spot for a beer. Very convenient

If you have a room where the tub is all scuffed up and the bed is butted up a wall so only one person can get in and out of the bed comfortably shut that room down and don't make it available to the public!!! Your prices are way too expensive to use those types of rooms. You should be ashamed!!!

We enjoyed the accessibility to the Prudential Center and the vast open spaces. The beautiful view during the day and at night from a high floor, and the heated swimming pool were a huge plus. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton in Back Bay. We would do it again in a heart-beat.
