"This hotel is incredible. The staff makes all the difference. Chiang the pool boy, Neil the bartender, Jameson, and Cloudy were all fantastic. Luk Long was wonderful, absolutely wonderful. Snow at the spa was spectacular. Everybody at this hotel from the management to the housekeeping folks were all excellent. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Lots of food. Continually being replenished. Incredible buffet considering it’s included. Afternoon tea was nice. Sweets and drinks in the lobby. Very nice. The view of the beach right across the street was amazing. The place is immaculately clean. The housekeeping folks are phenomenal. The folks running this hotel are intelligent and professional. They make sense and go the extra mile which is good business. We loved this hotel and truly hated to leave. Everything you need is at this hotel. The restaurant for lunch and dinner is really great. Delicious food for just a tad bit than outside, but the quality is head and shoulders above outside establishments. The spa was great. Professional and clean. The spa is a bit more than outside, but much cleaner and right there in the hotel. The area is safe. Right across the street from the beach. The rooftop pool is incredible. My only recommendation is to upgrade your beds. We stayed in 1106 and the bed is basically a boxspring . They put a pad on it, but still too hard. Invest in better bedding. A hotel of such quality should have better & softer beds. 10 ⭐️ "

"Room was clean, bed and pillow were good and comfortable. Room isnt big for 2 luggage opened at the same time but it is managable for 2 people. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was decent and has a someone making different types of pho each day. I enjoyed breakfast very much. Location was good, very close to Han market! Definitely should go to han market! It was packed with south korean tourists buying good quality fake stuff 😅 Overall da nang city is small hence walkable everywhere. Also it is close to airport as well. If I come back, i would stay here again. "

"I cannot fault this resort. We a family of 4 also joined by 2 other bigger families (7 & 6) all first time travelling to Vietnam and had the most incredible time at Mikazuki Resort. We specifically chose this resort as we new we were travelling during wet season, and MR has amazing indoor activities including the indoor water park that we all loved. The resort and staff went out of thier way to make us feel comfortable and looked after. Even allowing us pay and travel using the resort bus to places like Bana Hills and Hoi An as we were a larger group. A special mention to the staff, especially Man and Vy who did everything they could to assist us with our daily tours, to restaurant recommendations and reservations. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning. Thanks Mikazuki Resort"
