"We have traveled Vietnam extensively the last few months. This is the best hotel we have stayed at. The amenities were fantastic, the food was great (loved the breakfast buffet) and the crème de la crème was the customer service. Everyone knew us and were helpful beyond good customer service. We utilized the laundry services, the turn around time and prices were great- the sense of urgency (unprompted) was especially appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel."
