She was very nice and very helpful, used a translator app which was very nice but obviously the exact translations can get confusing at times. We found this with most of this city though. "Room was great, bed was great, shower catered to people of 2 metres tall which was really great. View was great. Only bummer was the construction going on 24 hrs a day at site next to hotel. Not the Haian hotel & spas fault though. "
