La habitación no es limpiada a profundidad, específicamente el baño. No hay mosquiteras para tanto mosquito por doquier y se fue la luz, por ende no hay bomba para el servicio de agua y tampoco internet (la señal móvil es pésima).

This hotel is an absolute disaster. The service is abysmal, with staff who couldn't care less about their guests. The building itself is crumbling, and it's clear that maintenance is a foreign concept to them. The rooms are filthy, with towels that are practically disintegrating, and enough algae and mold to start a biology experiment. This place is a breeding ground for disappointment. The management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such neglect. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this dump at all costs. They have the audacity to charge exorbitant prices for this sorry excuse of accommodation. Steer clear unless you enjoy throwing your money down the drain.

Perfectly located, in the outskirts of Bacalar. Close enough to it all, but feels very secluded and private.

Staff was very attentive to all needs and questions, however at the time of checking in we notice cabana, and the hammock way to dirty full of mold, our stay was for 4 days n 3 nights and placed didn’t show any signs of maintenance Over all well give this place 2 1/2 stars out of five

Quite beautiful place, need some improvement on property and definitely better access to property.

Nice property, horrible customer service. Power went out on our last night. We were not offered a refund.

Great location for sure and you can use their water craft for free that was all 5 star , my problem was the room it could have been better, they are painting the rooms and it looks good but the smell of paint is not what you want to smell when you are on vacation , the bed was uncomfortable, i’ve been to a lot of hotel this is not worth $70, also if you want beer - this is not the place to buy , Mxn $75 for a bottle of dos X , the shower head doesn’t work so i have to remove so we can use it, when we arrived i had to get them to put curtain and get the towels myself. Not going back to this hotel
