El lugar y los cuartos muy lindos. El servicio y calidad de restaurante y bar pésimo! Parece que no tienen personal
Suficiente ni capacitadas.
Volvió a Bacalar pero no a Amainah.

The hotel is small like 14 rooms and Adults only. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was fantastic. Service was very good. Only thing is it is remote, you need a car to travel to other great surrounding areas.
Staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. Free kayaks and they can arrange tours , massages for you
They probably need a small gym. The lake in that area is a bit deep so you need to be a good swimmer or ask for their vests which are free too. Beware that the hotel allows people from outside the property for day pass or to eat there, even kids. We did not experience any trouble but most hotels in the area do that.

My husband and I really had an amazing time at Amainah! The rooms and the view were spectacular. The staff from the reception to the restaurant were amazing. Shout out to Edgar and Lauro who went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. If you want a beautiful place to relax don’t hesitate to book! Can’t wait to return :)
