Bedsheets were not changed. Don't auto refill the stuff in the fridge. No Bathmats. Once service taken, you will be charged. Even though that service is a normal part of any hotels process. Food restaurants doesn't have marks to differentiate between vegetarian/ Non vegetarian. Looks like they are just they're for pulling out the money out of customer's pocket.

Misleading photos

The exterior and lobby areas look great and hotel staff is accommodating but there were major issues. The hotel requires passports and the only reason we were allowed to skip this process was because a VN friend worked with management to agree to hold funds like any other hotel would do. The first room was dirty with hair everywhere and weird red/brown stains all over, the second room was full of mold and the third room was passable but smelled like smoke and probably mold. We figured this was probably the best option we would get. The food was disgusting and not clean. Shrimp still had veins. Would not stay again but am thankful the staff was willing to find a somewhat acceptable room for a quick stay.
