Helen was very welcoming and everything was spotlessly clean with thoughtful touches like water and fresh milk in the room’s fridge for making tea and coffee.

Our host made us so welcome. The room was lovely and all the little extras were so well thought out. The breakfast was excellent quality and plenty of variety. If we are in the area again we will book again as it really was very special, thank you..

Away with work
Posted 29 Jan 2024 on HotelsMy first business trip away from home in 2024 and it was lovely. Good reception from host, lovely room (room 2) with huge ensuite bathroom. Wifi was okay (not strong signal). Was provided with decaf in my room on request. Cooked breakfast was lovely (included in price)

Helen was friendly, helpful and laid back. She went out of her way to look out for me in the street when l was in difficulty looking for the house.
I love the ambiance of the house. The bed was comfortable, the house was clean and tidy. The shower room has two shower heads.
The breakfast menu has a wide of range of choices. I will stay there again next time I’m in Aylesbury.

Excellent in every respect. Very comfortable and homely. This was my second visit and will always be my go-to place to stay in that area.
