The hot tub was old and water Luke warm and needed a clean and was old and the pillow was not there. We could not use it. The first bedroom plug got stuck in basin. The television did not work in the lounge. Water with a meal in the restaurant with a bar was a cost each time and we were full board. Dust on the televisions in the bedrooms and black suede cushion on couch dirty. The place needs a thorough deep clean. The men by the pool bar if you don’t leave a tip they don’t smile. The only good things was the Mexican salad was delicious and the men behind the bar and the reception were always nice and pleasant. 5000 I spent I should have had an amazing clean in working order suite. This is not a four star hotel.
