The owner was very friendly and helpful. An excellent breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay here again if we’re down in Axminster

We arrived late due to traffic, but we had phoned ahead and despite the cold rainy night, there was a warm welcome waiting for us. Kerrington House was a good stop off for us on our way to Cornwall, not too far off the road and easily located - even on a dark and stormy December night! There is a small honesty bar that visitors are able to use and a comfy lounge area, We had a great room with a really comfortable bed. There was a good choice for breakfast next morning with plenty to choose from. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend!

Fiona the owner has a beautiful Bed and Breakfast. Fabulous stay. Very clean and inviting. Great food and a great eye for detail. Definitely would stay again Mark and Sherri Jordan
