It was very nice place to stay but the only thing they need to work on is making the walls sound proof and getting up to date with Netflix connection to tvs

Disappointed that now you have to pay an extra $10 a day for parking which we didn’t a year ago … seems excessive … maybe $10 only per stay ?? Also should have better coffee , tastes like water . Some of the staff are not very friendly at front desk either… other than that it is clean and the house keeping / breakfast staff are amazing … hope they change to better coffee and parking lol

Easy access to the beach (open 24/7) to see amazing sunrises, walking distance to cocoa pier. The only complaint was the air conditioner was very loud and made rattling sounds throughout the night. The carpet was also not the cleanest and pillows were uncomfortable and lumpy.
