Nice place, nice price
Posted 18 Sep 2023 on HotelsI found the Meetings to be nice, quaint, older but very satisfied with the room, host and bed and shower. A few things need attention (loose toilet seat), but it met my expectations and I had a good time here.

This accommodating, family-run inn on the banks of the Avonmore and Avonbeg rivers -- the famed "meeting of the waters" is a comfortable and welcoming space in a recently refurbished inn from the late 1800s. Best for guests with access to a car, The Meetings is still very manageable without one, since the Local Link bus stops four times a day for travel to nearby Wicklow Town and other villages as well as the gorgeous Glendalough region with its famed walks and historic ruins. Evenings in the delightful pub chatting with other guests and with our hosts were a highlight of our stay. A wonderful experience. Highly recommended.
