The front desk clerk who greeted us (Sorry I can't remember her name) was amazing and pleasant. Very helpful. When you return to the hotel, if after 10 p.m. , you must enter a code to gain entry. We did not realize this and rang the bell. The lady who came to let us in seemed quite perturbed that we had bothered her. Great location and great hotel, just don't disturb the night manager!!

Cute hotel in a great location. It was lovely to wander the streets in the area. Staff were always friendly and the daily room cleaning superb (especially considering our stuff was spread all over the place. 😀)

Nice small hotel. But the area little bit too quiet during weekdays

Location was great, very close to the old town. The only thing is that we thought the property comes with parking as it shown in the picture, but after we spend 5 minutes drive into the town and arrived at the hotel, we were told that only available parking was the underground parking palais des papes which the entrances is another 5 minutes driving outside the town. Good thing is that the hotel offers discount and we left our luggage at the front desk while we went for parking. Other than that I was very satisfied by the room condition, it’s very clean and has everything we needed,nexceed my expectation for a 2 star hotel.

Rooms were very small and beds small. Staff very friendly and breakfast was yummy and a good price

Very difficult to access, no possible to drive to and long walk from the car. Never received the confirmation of cash payment for the extras. Central to the main attractions.
