The hotel is a perfect place for what we wanted. Street restaurants and shopping all around the Hotel. The staff is amazing and attentive.

Overall a very pleasant stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was uniformly efficient and helpful and welcoming. Only issue, a minor one, was lack of sufficient power outlets or sub ports to charge our devices.

The breakfast was very good. We were put in the smallest room in the hotel and the room and the bathroom were very dated. The shower glass did not close and water went all over the bathroom floor. There was no power outlet in the bathroom. Small double bed. The AC could not be turned down and it was very hot in the room at night.

The parking is an issue. Guess don’t want to arrive at 8 PM and then have to navigate from the palace of the popes parking lot back to the hotel… Hotel staff assume that you could do that walk in the dark. Also, the parking lot is not easy to find
