The staff was exceptionally nice & helpful, but there were roaches in the bathroom & the smell of the bathroom was of sewer & had to have the door closed at all times . The pillows are extremely hard & the beds too high . The tile on the floor of the rooms & on the haul ways create a lot of noise when people moved , arrived , departed …etc . Way too noisy
