"This was our second time visiting Portugal, and once again, we chose to stay at Hotel Luena. The hotel is very well located. Even though it’s outside the busiest tourist area, it’s still very convenient for getting around Lisbon. We traveled as a family with our two children, ages 3 and 4, and once again had a great experience. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. The hotel is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is amazing — always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything we needed. For us, choosing Hotel Luena again was an easy decision, and whenever we return to Portugal, we wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Highly recommended, especially for families!"

"The rooms are very clean, bed was very comfortable, bathrooms were excellently clean. Cleaning staff did a great job of cleaning every day. Front desk was very friendly in particular. Hugo helped me correct extra person charge when my daughter shorten her trip and left earlier. Really appreciated the courtesy he showed. The elevator was under repair so only one functioning elevator. But that seemed to be adequate. I also really like the location close to the metro line station, for yellow line. There were many amenities nearby with restaurants, cafés shopping. All within walking distance of two blocks. Neighborhood was very safe."
