Lovely hotel close to everything in the city

Needed an item to replace one lost in travels. Staff was very accommodating. Property still had heat on. Asked staff to manually change our room to cool and they graciously did.

The property is very nice. It does not have a lift but the staff assisted me in carrying my luggage to my floor. The room was nice and spacious but I was on the side side and it was noisy with the window open. I like the natural air over air conditioning, so it may have not been as noisy if I closed the window.
My chief concern was the bedding. The hotel could get better mattresses as you could feel the springs in these and it could be difficult for some to sleep. But being a 2 star hotel, I guess you can't expect too much. Fortunately, when I am tired, I can sleep about anywhere
