Staff was super friendly! Our boat got in earlier than our check in time and we were able to store our luggage at the hotel. Great location, super convenient to shops, beach and restaurants. The only thing is that the room was quite dusty—-on the ceiling fan, on the shelf over the sink. And we would have liked bar soap provided for the sink. Would stay again!

The room we reserved was not at all the room we were assigned. Room reserved had ocean view, balcony and beautiful interior. Room we were assigned had dirty carpet, tiny bathroom and no balcony. Very disappointed total ripoff. Not ok to sell one thing and assign someone totally different.

Dear Maria,I am sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay with us. After looking at your confirmation it does show that you booked our standard queen no view room that neither has a balcony nor an ocean view.
