Reserved a room and was told it was fully booked when arrived. Had to rebook a new room at a different hotel and now need to reach out to confirm I will be reimbursed for the overbooking.

I came to this property tired from t traveling I’ve called the property at like 10 a night to try to talk to an attendant to ask them about early check-in as I was arriving up more earlier than what I expected. No one answered when they finally answered about 11 they told me that I needed to call in the morning in order to see if there was available availability to check into my room. I told him that I would like to check my room first before I paid her I asked about early check-in nowhere mentioned. Was there a fee to check in early that’s not on the website I get to the room to check the room. The bed hasn’t been cleaned since May 31 31st. It was June 6 the toilet was dirty.
