I requested non feather pillows and was told they were out. So, I went down the hall where a room was being cleaned and asked if I could trade 2 feather for non feather pillows. Even thought the woman did not speak English, she was better at communicating with me than the man at the front desk. I am ALLERGIC to feathers and even with that being said the guy at the front desk was unwilling to help me out! Very disappointed!

The hotel is being renovated and the carpet is dirty and old. It is in a great location and will be a great place to stay when the construction is complete.

As of May 2024 the hotel is undergoing a total remodel so should be greatly improved late 2024.

Some areas were not so clean and the hotel looked a bit old and the pool area was not very clean, I assume it is because of the wind and the weather and that the hotel is under construction.
