Very pleasant and friendly staff. The property needs an upgrade. Carpets were stained and smelling. Saw some bedbugs. Alot of homeless people in the area walking around.

It was my worst experience with La Quinta inns it was dirty and full of roaches I was supposed to stay 2 days but I couldn’t do it I barely made it staying there one night cause I never imagined how bad it was going to be

My overall experience was alright. I think it could use some updating such as removing the carpet and putting in vinyl planks like many other hotels have done. Unfortunately I saw three roaches during my stay there.

The room was dirty there was stuff on the table in the room from the last guest so that wasnt cleaned, the bathtub was dirty, there was caulking all around the bathroom toilet, and the fan didnt work in the bathroom. The pull out couch bed was unusable as springs were perturding out and they was bleach stains all over the couch as well. I left a jacket and pair of pants in the closet yes my bad but the housekeeper stole it because when i called about it the next day they were never turned in. So if you must reserve with caution at this property we were very disappointed with this hotel.

The hotel really needs some updating and upkeep. Doors and walls are chipped and dirty, the keypads don’t work, so we had to go to the desk everyday to get them rekeyed. One of the front desk workers never smiled and was rude.

Staff were friendly and room was clean but the property is in terrible shape. Wifi didn't work. Other hotel guests were loud, fighting and hitting the walls late at night. Not comfortable for traveling with children. Felt unsafe.
