The property is very run down. Room was clean but right on top of hwy 35. Very noisy. It was priced right but sketchy place. Lots of people vagrancy just hanging around - sitting on steps. I did not feel safe.

I am sorry you felt unsafe around our other guests, many of whom are construction workers and laborers. While we cannot police guests sitting outside, we are vigilant on the guests that are staying with us. while I cannot do anything about the highway, we do have rooms on the east side of the building that may be quieter. We do invite you back when your travels bring you to Austin.

I really appreciate the quiet on the property. The fact that there's a smoking room was a definite plus. Great stay!

My one day stay was good. Room was clean. Just noticed a damp area on the carpet. Not sure if there was a leak before, but other than that my stay was good.
