Arrived, the first night we could not sleep. We were infested with bites all over. We brought extra sheet just in case and still got bite. Very uncomfortable and disgusted. No complementary coffee or anything. My wife Requested the room be cleaned and re-done. We were there for a wedding. This was ti much cost for our stay and troubles. Didn’t even give a discount for the discomfort.

The staff we encountered with was superb! We were greeted as entering the building by Caden who was the very best at customer service! He really made our stay the best! Then Stephany at the bar was great as well. Very helpful with surrounding areas and things to do! Thanks to her one of our best days was due to her! Lastly the morning barista (sadly didn’t get her name) but she was also great with customer service! Very friendly and efficient as she was serving many folks! Good customer service is so important in hospitality and your hotel hit the top! Thank you so very much !

Would have been a perfect review if not for one glaring issue we experienced. Before checkout time, I had gone down to the car to take our bags while my wife was gathering up the remaining things in our room. When I returned to our room, my wife had told me some man had entered our room while she was still in there. This person had key card access and was either a maintenance or housekeeping employee. They also had a cart with them. When they saw my wife, they immediately turned around and left the room without so much as an apology. The do not disturb sign was on our door as well before they had entered our room. I had reported this to the front desk as we checked out as well. It was already bad enough that a guest was still in a room, with a do not disturb sign, when an employee of the hotel entered our room but the fact that my wife was in there and could have been changing or in the shower is unacceptable. I expect this problem to be taken care of as I will be following up with the hotel once more via phone call and email in the next 24 hours.
