Our spring break trip got canceled on this site so they gave us this hotel. Amazing for my family of 5 it was like we had our own apartment. Very quiet and luxurious Thanks Colton house it’s started off ruff but coming here made it all worth it!

Really a lovely boutique with plenty of space in studio room and around the hotel.
One note-the property is close to the shopping and restaurant area on South Congress, but not walkable.
Would recommend with that caveat.

I loved the contemporary decor. We stayed in the presidential suit. The beds were amazing. Clean, comfortable and beautiful. The trees were beautiful from the 3rd floor but not much of a view. I wasn't crazy about the restaurant. When I went it was crowded, expensive and not much selection.
Loved the staff at the front desk. They treated us like royalty! All in all an excellent hotel.
