The property had No Hot Water! impossible to clean without it. stayed one night and they charged me for three. Would not refund. Would not recommend this location

Each room section on the first floor had an outdoor deck looking out to the open sky, and an area to bring your grill to barbecue cook outdoors... The motel is located up a hill not too far from two truck stops—one that has a Dunkin Donuts—with easy access to Interstate 90-West and 90-East. West Stockbridge, MA is a short drive away—crossing the New York State border into Massachusetts on Routes 41 and 102... Before you cross over into Massachusetts there is a local winery and tasting room. West Stockbridge, MA, Old Lenox, MA, and Stockbridge have many family-owned restaurants, art galleries, museums, and live entertainment venues to visit. The Norman Rockwell Museum, Kripalu Yoga Retreat Center, The Chester House of Sculpture, The Red Lion Inn, and Lion's Den—as well as Olivia's Overlook, are must destinations. There are many family farms to visit, as well as Shaker Hancock Village... For those that love Latin-American cuisine, 24 minutes away is Pittsfield, MA—eat at La Fogato Columbian restaurant (770 Tyler Street • Pittsfield, MA)... Also in Pittsfield are many more Latin-American and Mexican family-owned restaurants... In Pittsfield, MA, you can visit the Farmer's Market on Sundays and enjoy a New England Sunday Jazz Brunch at Dottie's Coffee Lounge (no cover). In the same location is Dorothy's offering live entertainment during the week. NOTE: The Lion's Den in Stockbridge charged a $10 Cover charge for the live entertainment regardless of whether or not you order food.

There were guest's children running around as we pulled in to park...didn't want to hit anyone. Guests allowed their kids to run all over the place. Not the owners fault, but it gives you an idea of clientele.

The property was way outdated they said there was free breakfast the only thing I got was coffee and no breakfast l tell you the truth, one of the worst experiences of my life it also had bed bugs Itchy all night

Needs some work
Posted 9 Mar 2024 on HotelsThis motel has potential but unfortunately it was quite run down at the time of my visit. With some minor work and better house keeping, I would return. Until then, I unfortunately can not recommend this motel to anyone.

It was disgustingly dirty. The base of the toilet had dried urine. Cobwebs in corners. Mattress was extremely hard. Headboard had something nasty on it.

Do not book here
Posted 16 Dec 2023 on HotelsBooked on line an hour before arrival. Arrived at 10pm to a locked door. Did not answer buzzer, knocking or a phone call. Place reeked of pot. Guessing someone passed out from to much smoke. The would not refund my money to Hotels.com the next day. Very dissapointed in both parties.
