The staff here was very nice and helpful specially Francesco at the front desk. Breakfast was delicious and with multiple choices.

Transportation to town was limited to Taxi and very expensive for a 9 mile ride.

Beautiful area, lovely hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was very nice large variety. Definitely will be back!

Staff was unfriendly. Hotel was old and photographed much buck better than reality. Coffee was terrible. Furniture was uncomfortable and pillows sucked.

Dinner service was slow and the food quality was low; Staff were otherwise friendly. Bed was hard and it took 24 hours and a second request to get extra pillows. We paid for a lake view suite, but the view was blocked by a big sign in front of our balcony unless you were standing. Hot tub was colder than the pool.
