Bed Bugs and they had no other room available. Manager was not able to be reached. Room 111 first floor. In chair and bed, crawling around in the daylight. I had to search for another room at another hotel. Fortunately I found one available and had to pay another $140.00. I will never book with Wingate or Wyndham again. Still haven’t heard from the manager Harfh in Augusta Ga center west parkway.

The bathroom shower was dirty with mold on the caulk strips. Towel hard yellow stains on it. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Parking was good.

Eddy provided excellent customer service, knowledgeable of the area & went above and beyond to provide excellent friendly service.
Would definitely stay again.

Clean. Quiet. Older crowd at the Augusta National Masters tournament, Breakfast was very good. Will be back next April.
