Good property overall but the smell inside the rooms were terrible; it smelled like old smoke even though it has signs of being a non-smoking hotel. It smelled of smoke to the point I couldn’t sleep well. Breakfast was barely eatable; maybe just a bad day though.

The staff were very nice and accommodating.
Outdoor swimming pool was very cloudy indicating a chemical imbalance and lack of maintenance. We Looked forward to using the pool, but decided not to based on its appearance.

Deplorable service!! I booked my room two weeks in advance. On the day of arrival, after traveling several hours... I finally arrived at the hotel around 2a, only to find out that the hotel is fully booked and I will not be able to stay because my room was given away prior to my arrival. I was very livid!!! I had drove for hours with my two kids. We had to wait outside of the hotel, where we supposed to rest and lay our heads to find another hotel. Luckily we found another hotel that gave us a room. My overall experience was horrible and would not recommend book now- pay later. You will not have a room on day of arrival.

Check in was a bit slow as house keeping department is low on employees. With that written, the front desk staff did keep us informed and was apologetic Other than that, we like every thing else.
