However, later that night around 11:00 PM, you called the office to report that your neighbors were too noisy, preventing you from sleeping. Our duty staff immediately addressed the issue and found that the neighboring guests were excessively loud due to alcohol consumption. Although our rooms are equipped with double-layer soundproofing, loud disturbances caused by intoxicated guests can still be disruptive. We managed to resolve the situation, and the guests agreed to stop making noise. We hope you were able to rest well after 11:00 PM.We understand your frustration and recommend booking a cottage directly in the future.
