I stayed at this property for 3 consecutive weeks and the day that I had to check out I requested a late checkout of 1:00pm….normal checkout was at noon. They told me that I couldn’t have a late check out. I knew with the amount of stuff that I had there was no way I could be out by noon so at 12:20 housekeeping and a manager came to my room and told me I had 2 seconds to get out or they would call law enforcement. Mind you I had already made one trip to my vehicle with my belongings….I came back inside to get the rest of my things being they didn’t have a cart to carry your belongings available at the time. I have never in my life had anyone treat me like that especially after staying at there hotel for 3 weeks straight. I will never stay at The Best Western again.

Signed up for smoking room and when i got to check in say its none available. Tv needs to be updated no smart tv so had to watch 6 cable channels.

Our non smoking room smelled like it used to be a smoking room. My friend and I are allergic so the room gave us a headache.
We didn’t notice it when we checked in but the longer we were in there the more it smelled like old cigarette smoke. The surfaces also hadn’t been wiped down. But the staff was friendly and professional and it except for the allergy it was a good Hoyle for the price.

Check in process was the quickest and smoothest ever! Took about 2 minutes and we were on our way to our room. Such a nice bonus when your arrival time is just after midnight.
