The linen was stained with urine, blood, and other unidentifiable stains and when the issue was brought to the staff the associate on duty responded “well it ain’t no pillows in the back, so I don’t now what to tell you.”

I did not get the room I paid for. Wanted a hot tub suite. Got a whirlpool room. I’m handicapped and had no place to sit.

The place smelled like wet dog, there were no blankets or pillows in the room for the pull out couch, and when I asked for them, I never got them. My original room was overbooked and was upgraded to a suite but the room was lacking necessary items, bathroom hadnt been cleaned properly, tub was uncleaned from last customer
