A bit of maintenance required. There were no coat hangers and the bathroom door dind't close properly.
The reception was closed most of the time we were there, even during the opening hours advertised.

Hi Janet, I'm sorry about the coat hangers - must have been removed by a previous guest. We have replaced them. Reception was open during your stay, but as we are often walking around the property you do need to go in and pick up the phone to let us know if you need assistance. Hope to see you back again.

The Staff were very obliging and helpful and was easy to check in after hours. Would stay again at this motel. Had an enjoyable stay in Waiheke. Thankyou

The unit that we stayed in was perfectly clean with modern amenities. It is very close to a nearby shops and market. This was our first stay in this motel, and we will come back again. This motel is now on the top of our list for next visits to Waiheke.
