The lady’s at the front desk were lovely,and very helpful.when we got up to our room there was paint missing on the walls,the toilet buttons only one worked to flush,missing cooking utensils,plates had chips out of them,there was no tea towels or dish washing soap to wash our dishes also the sink facet was super loose so wasn’t ideal to do any cleaning in the sink,there is stains on the carpets and yellow marks on the mattress that we slept on over all I probably wouldn’t bring my family back to stay,I highly recommend the vr on queen street though

Stayed for a night with children, we were satisfied except couple of small issues which were resolved promptly.

I liked the location as it was close to a central bus stop. I did not like the bathroom which was unclean and had a strong smell of old urine.

The positive side of this hotel are the location and budget friendly. However, the security is not good, drunk people will yelling on the 1st floor and beware if you are travel alone as me. Staff is polite but they wont really pay attention to their guest. As there is no notice card given to show “do not disturb”, I inform the front desk personally that I dont need any staff to clean up my room during my stay. However, once I get back to my room, staff has still come inside to have the room service.
