Quest Newmarket offers everything you could need without the congestion of central Auckland. Diversity in foods and even a mall within walking distance.

Staff were friendly and helpful. It is located near tons of shops, the Westfield mall, and restaurants, all within walking distance from the property. The unit we stayed in also had a washer/dryer which is very helpful since we're coming from another trip prior.

I liked everything. I would have liked hair conditioner in the shower and the spa bath didn’t work but I didn’t know that a spa bath was in the room anyway when booking so no big deal. The wifi was hard to work out on the tv and when I finally got it sorted (streaming through my phone) it cut out and another guest was signed in on our tv. We were leaving soon after that so I didn’t bother saying anything about it at reception. Nice clean apartment thankbyou

We are replacing our TV's and once we do that it will be very user friendly. We do keep extra conditioner which can be provided upon request from the reception. None of our rooms have any Spa in the bathrooms. We do hope to see you again soon.

Check in was seamless although I was disappointed that there were no car parks available and car parking was one of the reasons I booked here. There were car parks across the road but it was a hit of hassle with luggage. The room itself was good, I had a one bedroom apartment with two single beds, the curtain didn’t cover the window fully so the room had light from the street and other buildings flooding the room. I most likely would stay here again, it was clean and tidy and staff were friendly.
