Easy checkin, tidy and nice and quiet. Also had an iron and wifi - all i needed !

Thank you for your feedback, it is much appreciated. We opened our doors late 2021 and have premium mattresses in our apartments for superior guest comfort! Hence, have often received great feedback from our guests for the same. Nevertheless, we have had the bed checked the apartment you had stayed in, and have found no issues as such. Overall good clean condition and reasonably priced. Each time an adjoining room door opened and closed, my bed was shaking! Other than that could not find fault with anything else.

We loved our stay. Could not ask for anything more. From check in to check out everything went extremely smooth. The room was very well thought out and had everything we needed and more.

Place is new and clean. HOWEVER - we booked for 3. The room was an apartment, but you had to then pay for an extra bed for the third person. First time i've experienced this 'add on' after using expedia for 20 years. Be aware of this if booking for 3

Whilst we apologize for any inconvenience caused, however our One Bedroom can sleep 3 at maximum - and usually when guests book they have to request an extra bed as it clearly states that there is only one king bed in the apartment. Nevertheless, we will review our description and see where we are able to improve it, to avoid any such confusion in the near future! Air conditioning noise annoying especially at night. Poor selection of TV channels. Breakfast no fruit

Our breakfast packs are continental pack which is uncooked package and no fruits included however we have chargeback restaurants available in 2 min walking distance if you prefer cooked breakfast with fruits options. In regarding to TV channels we do have smart TV where guest can stream cast from laptop or phone any device they have available to connect to any entertainment channels they prefer. Also Unfortunately, our Aircon system does make a slight noise from time to time as part of its system cycle. Nevertheless, please do not hesitate to contact reception should you require any assistance as we strive to make our guests stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! We apologies for any inconvenience the above has caused and we hope to have another opportunity to welcome you back to Quest Mt Eden in the future

I had to get a paid assigned parking spot. I found that some others used my assigned spot two times. Concerned about parking at other areas and get towed while I was sleeping in the room. Why would I pay for assigned parking if others can park use that spot without any action by QUEST.

Thank you for your feedback, it is much appreciated. All our car parks are clearly labelled being 'Quest Guest Car Parks' numbered from 1 - 16. We do allocate guests a specific car park each time they stay with us, and at times other guests can make mistakes and park in the wrong Quest designated number. When this occurred, you approached reception and informed us, and we had mentioned that as long as you are in another Quest designated spot that is completely fine. We did investigate and could not reach the guest via mobile or email. We are very unsure as to why you would be concerned about getting towed, if we have already informed you in the first instance that you are in a Quest designated spot, hence that is completely fine. We would appreciate if you could kindly review feedback about our hotel, as we did in fact do everything we could to investigate. We do hope to welcome you back in the future.
