The only thing I can say is that the large bin container at the back was picked up at 1am. There was a lot of slamming and men shouting. It woke me up and I had a hard time getting back to sleep, bearing in mind I have to get up at 4.30am. Can these not be picked up during the day, or at a time when people are still awake?

Had to get water from the bathroom, very unhygienic, a water bottle in the room would have been better. Room was very small and had cockroaches crawling up the walls.
Bed was clean and comfortable though. Noise from the street was loud despite being on the 3rd floor. Shower hose sprayed every where from a leaky hose fitting.

We've stayed here before and like its location at the end of Broadway in Newmarket, very handy. Comfortable rooms and pleasant staff. (Paid) off-street parking and lots of buses pass by. Short walk to the Westfield Newmarket Mall.

Close to everything, smallish rooms but didnt plan to spend much time in it anyway, clean, tidy, little patio outside the room which was very private and had a table and chairs, bedding clean as well as towels, flannels or face cloths would be a nice addition.
