Booked and paid for a family room 6 months prior to arrival,
on arrival the room had been rented to long term tenants and only room available was inferior room with substandard beds how do you rent out a room that is already booked and paid for!!! also staff didn't speak very good English seems be a trend across NZ with Asian staff with poor English language skills particualy on the North Island...

Like: Location and availability on a short notice.
Dislike: No option to have one light on in bathroom or not?
