Love it there. But Building construction beside the reception at the hotel close to our room was a bit noisy if you like to sleep in or have an afternoon rest.
If so book well away from that area in a room at the far end.

The refurbished rooms are just lovely. We've been staying at Rose Park for many years and love it for its comfort, convenience, and friendly staff.

Great location just off Tamaki Drive and only a few minutes walk from Spark Arena. We had a standard queen room which had been newly renovated. Very reasonable price for 2 nights.

Staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast even described as continental was poor and not with the $24 per person. The best part of the hotel was the bathrooms which have been revamped recently. Just need the rest of the hotel to catch up!
