It is some of the most poor service I’ve ever had anywhere, when there is a problem they just say while smiling oh I understand then do nothing to sort it they just want to get you away from the counter

Location for shopping, dining and sightseeing is perfect. Parking accessible, facilities great. Excellent place to stay.

Nice hotel in Auckland at city center, just few steps from main landmark. Fine rooms and hotel with several fine dinning options inside and outside. Good price value.
Great staff. You can take a public bus from international airport to city and walk to hotel.
