The 'city view' was marginal and certainly not worth sitting in the window looking at. The poor concierge doing valet parking was run off his feet so much so that it took almost 40mins to get my car delivered. I was disappointed that this hotel charges a surcharge for credit card use (not paywave, cc use) when I was unaware of prior to checking in (may have been in the fine print). On the other hand, room keeping did a great job each day . The room was comfortable as was the bed and the addition of Chromecast made it easy to watch my own media in lieu of that available on free to air or via the TV app.

Happy Hour cocktails and excellent meal in the restaurant. Very good location for the Civic and sky tower area. Staff pleasant. Room was spotless.

I liked how empathetic the staff were with my situation when I arrived at the hotel. The lady who greeted me was amazing and very helpful. Will definitely be staying again

While very close to the cbd the street was very noisy all night as were the rooms/hallways. Staff were good, room was clean. It suited my purpose.

Quiet room, the bed is very comfortable.
Walking distance from the main shopping road in Auckland and a quick stroll from Sky tower and casinos.
Would recommend and definitely would stay again
