The room was very run down. Towel rack falling off the wall. Toilet seat unattached. Missing fitted sheet on a made up bed. Stains on the bedding, drapes, and rugs. Tread mill not working. Staff was excellent! Kind and going above and beyond.

The staff here were very pleasant and kind. The pictures made the hotel seem cleaner than it was. My room had hair on the shower wall, and all the paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom and there were dark stains in the grout. My tv remote had black electrical tape holding it together and also scotch tape for the mission battery part. Tacky. The entire hotel seemed old and tired. The front glass doors to the lobby had fingerprints all over it and looked like you don’t want to touch the door. Wondered how they think this was a way to be greeted by the hotel.

Mold and peeling paint in Bathroom. Told the gal at the front desk about in and she said sorry, it happens when someone showers and the steam causes it. Dirty floor ond bedroom at entrance to bathroom and on head board. Curtain looked like someone blew their nose on it. Chairs around the pool where all broken and I sat down without noticing and hurt my shoulder trying to get out of it. I showed all the photos I took to the same lady at the front desk, again she stated sorry for that and would contact the manager to see what they would be able to do for me and took my name and phone number and said she would contact me. Two days later I called and talked to a lady who said she was the manager. And that she never heard from any one and basically they wouldn't do anything for me and said i didn't talk to anyone else about this issue. I feel like I booked a room at and cheap motel 6 or similar to that, and I didn't expect a Red LionInn would be like this. Plus the response and customer service was quite horrible. I don't recommend this place to anyone, plus they weren't concerned about me injuring my shoulder. I would love to be able to upload the pictures I have.
