I wouldn't stay here. The bathroom in my room needed a deep clean. It was disgusting. I dusted it myself. Also the person who checked me in did so under someone else's name and when I went to get back into my room after running a few errands I was locked out of my room that I had booked for 2 night. Apparently I am now a man. Thank heavens they figured it out. She even put me in the wrong room.

Free hot breakfast with eggs, sausage. Etc. Close to freeway and grocery store. Next to taco bell.

I will never stay here again! I did not read the reviews; all I saw was Red Lion Hotel & Suites and never had any issue with any other hotels. No one was at the front desk when I arrived nor when I tried to check out. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall; the toilet seat didn't even fit correctly nor was it the right size. The carpet was stained, the 2nd night we went back to our room our keys didn't work and we had to go back to the front desk. I called the front desk several time the first night with a question and no one answered the phone; I went downstairs and 'hit the bell' they had on the desk top and no one came. The ONLY good thing about our room was the large TV!

Air Conditioning did NOT work in our room - they did NOTHING to fix it. Breakfast ok, location ok - general cleanliness very pedestrian and basic - not ugly, but just baseline

This location is within waking distance to fast food, and is close to a quality grocery store and the freeway ramp. It's adjacent to Auburn and is set back from a busy street. The staff is friendly and chatted with us when we checked in. We were able to check in early which was a bonus. The rooms include a small refrigerator and a microwave. They serve a hot breakfast, we did not eat there but we saw several families enjoying it. The property is older, the outdoor pool is not heated and the spa jets did not work properly.

The outlets in our room didn't work except for one by the desk. The treadmill wasn't working, and as a runner that was one of the draws to the INN. The staff was great except one morning two of the employees were having an argument outside my room.
