Getting the job done for a quick one night stay but the facility is old. The room is outdated. Wall paper was peeling and bathroom had very old fixtures.

Reaks of smoke, everything felt dingy and old. The few things that were recently replaced (bathroom mostly) was not properly installed.

Worst part was the ceiling above the toilet leaked water when someone flushed the toilet of the room above me. I could not get a refund but my coworker could. We only had on rental car. I ended up having to double book and buy another hotel in Syracuse. Not sure why they didn't refund my room when the coworker got a refund only a minute before me. Of course sewage leaking into the bathroom is just gross. They didn't even offer me a new room until I tried to get a refund.

I like the softness of the bed barely I didn’t anything my tv wasn’t working I tried calling front desk multiple times and no answer. Terrible view shower wasn’t working. Splattering water all over the place

This was unfortunately one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. There was no one at the front desk. Check-in was done by a kiosk, which looks like an ATM in the vestibule, not clearly marked. No sign at the front desk to check-in at the kiosk. For a non-smoking facility, the entire 2nd floor was heavy with cigarette smoke. The room and bathroom were dirty. The surfaces in the room were not clean with visible dirt and grim. The microwave had food on the door and inside, not cleaned. There was mold in the bathtub, leaky tub faucet, and corosion on shower head. Showerhead hose broke during my shower. There was hair, dust, and dirt between the mattress pad and sheets on the bed and the bed ruffles had visible spots of unknown substances on them. I would not recommend this hotel.

Toilet had hard water deposits and looked dirty. Tub had no water stopper and looked dirty. Not handicap accessible,No ramp only a step to get into lobby. Canceled my stay in June.
